  2. How can I get involved?

The NWG runs on volunteers, so we’re always on the lookout for individuals like you wanting to get involved. We would love for you to volunteer to teach a class at a conference, help out at the registration table, or volunteer to be on the board. We also rely on donations to help our organization to run smoothly. Visit our How To Help section to find out ways to donate or volunteer.

  3. When you donate, we use the funds in a variety of ways. Some of our money goes to conference expenses. Some of our money goes to monthly expenses the guild has like website upkeep and programs that help us run like QuickBooks. We do have a scholarship program and if you donate specifically there, that money goes to help members who cannot afford to pay dues, or conference fees. We have a responsibility to our community and our donors and work hard to ensure long-term sustainability of the organization. We make our IRS Form 990 available for review, as required by law. Visit our Financials page to learn more.
